The software
Risk assessments under the Machinery Directive and the EU Machinery Regulation
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC applies until 19 January 2027; from 20 January 2027 it is replaced by EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. The methodology of the risk assessment stays the same, while its scope grows to include software and connectivity. Probavis works throughout in the systematics of ISO/TR 14121-2 and EN ISO 13849.
